Machupicchu Tour Services recommends making reservations 30 days before the day of your arrival, so you will not have any inconvenience when booking tours, hotels and other services that are necessary for a pleasant stay in our country. We only accept reservations made through our channels and / or booking platforms on our website.
Rates
Our rates are expressed in US dollars and are subject to change without prior notice, except for those that have already been paid, they remain at the price initially agreed.

Payments
Machupicchu Tour Services will confirm your reservation after receiving the deposit of 50% of the total amount of the tour cost.
The amount due must be cancelled up to 10 days prior to arrival or according to specific agreement with our travel agents.
Reservations made after the deadline may be subject to change under strict indications of the travel agent.
Reservations made online, with payments on our website are subject to commissions of the issuing bank and the receiving bank, depending on the chosen method.
Online reservations and payments via Paypal or credit cards are secure.
Methods of payment
- Bank Transfer: Through Banco INTERBANK del Peru.
- Wester Union: Through this service, you will be able to send and receive money quickly between any agent or office worldwide. Be sure to request the form to send money in U.S. dollars.
- Paypal Payment: Through this payment method, you can cancel or make payments to our travel agency safely and without much expense in commissions and others.
Cancellations
If the passenger does not show up, it will result in the total loss of the contracted service without the right to any refund.
Likewise, the cancellation or withdrawal of the contracted services during the trip will not be entitled to any refund.
In the event of interruptions or cancellations beyond our control due to weather or air conditions, no refund will be granted as a result.
Important
Machupicchu Tour Services reserves the right to make reasonable changes or substitutions in the itineraries, when deemed necessary or mandatory.
Luggage will always travel under the care and responsibility of the passenger.
No money will be refunded for unused services such as hotel nights, meals, trips, tours, etc. that have been previously booked. The company will not assume any responsibility for late arrivals or no-shows.
