Itinerary at a glance

At the agreed time, we will pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to the Ollantaytambo or Poroy train station to board the train to Aguas Calientes. Upon arrival, a representative will take you to the bus station for a 40-minute ride to Machu Picchu.

With a specialized guide, you will explore the Inca citadel for about 2.5 hours, discovering its history and secrets. Then, you will return to Aguas Calientes, where you will have free time before taking the train back. Upon arrival in Ollantaytambo or Poroy, the transfer will take you back to your hotel in Cusco.

Itinerary

Day 1 Machu Picchu Tour

Starting point

Pick up from your hotel at the coordinated time (if the hotel is near the main square of Cusco), otherwise we will coordinate a meeting point.

According to the coordinated time, our transfer service will pick you up at your hotel and take you to Ollantaytambo or Poroy train station, from where you will board the tourist train to Machupicchu Pueblo (Aguas Calientes). Upon arrival at the Aguas Calientes station, a representative of the agency will meet you and transfer you to the bus station to begin the approximately 40-minute trip to the Machu Picchu Archaeological Center.

Once at Machu Picchu, you will be accompanied by an expert guide, who will reveal the fascinating history and secrets of this wonder of the world. The guided tour, which lasts about 2.5 hours, will allow you to discover all the architectural, cultural and spiritual aspects of the Inca citadel.

At the end of the tour, we will return to Aguas Calientes, where you will enjoy some free time before taking the train back to Ollantaytambo or Poroy station. Finally, the transfer of our company will be waiting for you to take you back to the city of Cusco to your hotel.

The guide in Machupicchu will be in small groups.
If you want a private service ask the operator which will have an extra cost.
