We pick you up from your hotel or agreed point to begin an ideal adventure for nature and local culture lovers. We travel about 50 minutes to Cruzpata, where we make a brief practice before starting the tour.
We visit the Huaypo Lagoon, with a historical review, then we go through Cruzpata to the colonial church of Tiobamba and finally the archaeological center of Checoq, overlooking the snow-capped mountains Chicon and Veronica.
During the tour, we make stops to take pictures in unique landscapes. At the end of the tour, we return to the base and then to Cusco in private transportation.
We will pick you up from your hotel or agreed point and head to our base to begin an unforgettable adventure, ideal for nature lovers and those who wish to connect with local communities.
We will travel approximately 50 minutes to 1 hour from the city of Cusco to the picturesque village of Cruzpata, where you will receive a brief introductory talk and 15 minutes of practice before starting the tour.
Our first destination will be the Huaypo Lagoon, a beautiful water mirror surrounded by Andean landscapes, where we will share a brief historical review of the place and its cultural importance. Then, we will continue our journey passing Cruzpata again until we reach the old colonial church of Tiobamba, and later, we will visit the archaeological center of Checoq.
During the tour, we will enjoy impressive panoramic views of the snow-capped mountains Chicon and Veronica, and we will make several stops to take pictures in the best viewpoints and places.
At the end of the tour, we will return to our base to board the transport that will take us back to the city of Cusco, culminating this beautiful experience.
