Then, we will explore the Cathedral of Cusco, a jewel of religious art, which houses approximately 300 paintings of the Cusco School. We will continue to Sacsayhuaman, an impressive archaeological complex with large stones that form a zigzagging wall and offer panoramic views of Cusco and the sacred peaks.

We will also visit Q’enqo (Labyrinth), a religious center of earth worship, and Puca Pucara, an ancient military control center. We will finish in Tambomachay, the Temple of Water, noted for its aqueducts and waterfalls carved in rock.
